A visit that allows you to travel part of the six kilometres of the House's cellars and discover the main stages in the elaboration of our Champagnes.
The highlight of this activity is that you will be introduced to the practice of the Sabrage of a Canard-Duchêne Champagne. A technical explanation will be provided before the Sabrage in order to give you the right gestures and to teach you the art of Sabrage.
This initiation will be practised outdoors in the Parc de Canard-Duchêne with a sword from the House.
You will finish with Tasting the sabred bottle of Champagne.
Note: If weather conditions permit, a commented tour of the vineyard will complete your visit.
