Q: I want to cancel my booking

A: You will have 48 hours to make a cancellation of your booking, after that time we will charge a cancellation fee of € 10,= per booking. In case of an unforeseen supremacy, you can contact your insurance company about the terms and conditions of cancellation.

Q: What is the difference between terms of cancellation and cancellation insurance?

A: In the terms of cancellation is mentioned what we charge in case of cancellation. A cancellation insurance is an insurance against any financial damage due to the cancellation of a Tour/Tasting.

Q: Do I get a confirmation of my booking?

A: You will receive a confirmation email. On this page you will find all the reservation details including booking number.

Q: Which credit cards can I use to make a booking?

A: MasterCard, American Express, Visa

Q: What kind of confirmation of the booking will I get?

A: You will get a confirmation email and sms

Q: Why do you need my credit card details?

A: To guarantee your booking

Q: Is it possible to change my booking?

A: Yes it is possible change your booking within 48 hours after making your booking.

Q: Can I use my vouchers for a booking?

A: Yes, it is possible to use your vouchers, fill in the voucher code in the booking area.

Q: Can I book more Tours/Tastings?

A: Yes, you can book more Tours/Tastings.

Q: What does “booking on request” means?

A: It means that we have to ask the Champagne House for availability of the requested date for the Tour/Tasting. Important to know is that a request is obligatory. As soon as your Tour/Tasting will be granted, the booking will become definitive.

Q: Can I use the “right to withdraw”?

A: No, for “customized” services where a booking is made (like transport, restaurant business, leisure activities) the reflection period is not applicable. This means that you cannot make use of the right to return our “products” within 14 days. You can also check our Terms & Conditions.

Q: What is an arrangement?

A: An arrangement is a stay of more days including different possibilities. We offer several arrangements; Every Champagne House has its own themes concerning the arrangements.
