Lors de cette dégustation exclusive de champagnes, vous découvrirez six champagnes différents (6 cl par verre), soigneusement sélectionnés pour ravir vos sens. Vous commencerez par trois champagnes non millésimés, chacun ayant un goût unique, mais parfaitement équilibré avec finesse et fraîcheur. Ensuite, vous dégusterez trois champagnes millésimés, dont le temps a révélé la complexité et la profondeur.

Mais ce n'est pas tout ! À la fin de la dégustation, un défi excitant vous attend : une dégustation "à l'aveugle". Quel champagne dégusterez-vous alors ? Serez-vous capable de reconnaître les subtiles nuances et de deviner le bon champagne parmi les six précédemment dégustés ?

The hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Contrary to some other places we have visited, her English was flawless. Which made it all the more pleasant and fun, because she could interact and respond to our jokes. We dit the blind tasting. The explanation of the champagnes was good. It was, in fact, the best tasting we had, because we (a group of 4) discussed our opinions. A true group thing!

This was actually lovely. We were served by a charming member of the team; she was very knowledgeable and tutored us through our tasting with excellent English. The setting was superb. The weather was great so that helped. Would our experience have been as good if it had been raining? We can't be sure. The only reason for not giving five stars is that it was quite expensive.

The champagne were very good and we had an excellent time discussing the wines with our server. The blind tasting was also great fun. We all got the secret wine between the real answer and one other but only 1 of our 4 got it right. Highly recommended.

A really interesting experience tasting 6 different champagnes - it was fascinating to taste the difference despite most being blanc de blancs. It was a relaxed evening with a friendly and informative member of their team. And we guessed number 7 correctly :)
