After a number of very good tastnings in Epernay we had our last tasting at your place.
At arrival the place was still very croudy and we were asked to go to another place next door - Atmosphere was not nice.
After half an hour we were asked to go to the main room.
Next champagne was served - again just with a very few commenting words - and a clear feeling that other guest and champagne sabeling etc was much more important than us.
In general: very, very poor service ☹️ and bad expirience.

Hi Jens, we had a group of 30 persons, that's why I offer you to have a sit to my neighbors table for you to have a better experience and for me me to clean everything after they leave, you answer me : "That's perfect thanks appreciate".

I offer you extra champagne in your second glass of champagne because of moving table. You told me that you want more explanations about the champagne and I give you a masterclass (you booked just degustations). Sabring reservation arrived one hour after you. We are giving the same attention to every clients.
