Description
Cette prestation est une visite guidée de notre cave, située sous le Château, expliquant toutes les différentes étapes du travail en cave. A la suite de cette visite, une végustation de 3 de nos Champagnes au choix vous sera proposée.Vous pourrez ainsi choisir parmi nos 6 Champagnes disponibles: Du Brut Tradition au Millésime 2004, en passant par le Rosé de Saignée et le Blanc de Noirs, sans oublier la Cuvée Prestige et le Brut Nature. Vous n'y résisterez pas...
Le Château ne peut malheureusement pas être visité, mais nos clients auront le privilège, en plus de la Visite des caves du château, de pouvoir se promener autour du Château.

We kregen een mooie rondleiding door het kasteel. De vriendelijke mevrouw vertelde met veel passie over de geschiedenis ervan.
Het is een prachtige omgeving!
Daarna kregen we uitleg over het proces van wijnmaken en kregen alles te zien.
Als laatste hadden we een champagne proeverij in de tuin. We vonden het een mooie ervaring.

The visit was excellent. I have visited many Champagne estates in Epernay including large ones like Mercier but the Chateau de Boursault really impressed me. Smaller group size, the gorgeous settings of the Chateau, quality of the explanations and of the 6 champagnes we tasted were great. Within short distance, you experience the chateau, the vineyard, the cellars and the bubbles. Our host Capucine really helped making this visit a great visit !

Beautiful site and location, explanation was just fantastic. The only issue was parking but we managed.
The story of the chateau and vineyard was much appreciated. This is a special place.
The tasting was also enjoyable and the host was always available for questions with a lively personality.

After four days of touring around in Champagne and visiting multiple Champagne houses, this was the best ending we could have wished for. Harvest season has started and we were able to taste the grapes and see the press and winery. It was by far the best experience out of 5 Champagne houses.
The Chateau was also very beautiful with a nice history. Compliments to this family with the nice Champagne and beautiful vineyards.

- Chateau visit was nice! The park is beautyfull and you get to see the groundfloor part of the chateau
- Don’t expect to see typical champagne cellars carved out in limestone. It is a modern cellar and the older chateau cellars ar not really interesting either
- you can taste through their complete range of champagnes in a nice chateau setting

If you expect to find the same cellars as the big producers, you are right, they are completely different. And this is xhat we want to share to our visitors.
