Christophe nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli, expliqué la production du champagne et répondu à toutes nos questions. Il dispose d'un très grand savoir sur tout ce qui est lié au champagne, est très communicatif et nous a consacré beaucoup de temps. Une visite et dégustation de la cave Cazanove à Reims vaut absolument le coup - à ne pas manquer et merci encore une fois à Christophe !
