The three carefully selected Champagnes enhance each course, creating a harmonious journey of flavours that perfectly complements the ingredients of the picnic menu.

We did the picnic plus 3 tastings. It was a hot day out so we ended up having the experience inside the beautiful guesthouse. And what an experience. Each champagne was paired with a course; the food was great, and most importantly, the pairing was excellent. Service was also impeccable. Our host was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, while giving us the room and time to enjoy each course and champagne pair. We ended up also getting to taste their excellent vintage. Highly recommended.

Food delicious, service was spectacular. Too cold for our picnic outdoors so they had it set up in a beautiful private room with beautiful view. Great birthday celebration for my husband.

The picnic food was excellent and the hostesses were informative without being intrusive. We had several choices for courses and everything was beautifully prepared. We enjoyed perfect weather on the terrace. Champagne Collery was an easy ~10 minute walk from the Ay train station, which itself was an easy train ride from our hotel in Reims.
