Une expérience unique à vivre au cœur même de la "Cité des Sacres". Le sabrage est véritablement un Art à part entière, c'est pourquoi la Maison Pol Couronne vous propose de vous initier à cette tradition champenoise.

Il est également possible de faire le sabrage à l'extérieur de la boutique face à la Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Reims. La bouteille sabrée vous est offerte.

* Pour rappel, une bouteille sabrée est égale à 6 coupes de champagne, veuillez choisir en conséquence le nombre de bouteille que vous voulez sabrer

Excellent! I learned how to open the bottle with a Sabre and it was all I imagined and more. Our host was so gracious, patient, nice, knowledgeable…I can’t find enough positive words about this young man that made our visit a memorable experience! I highly recommend it to anybody! What a treat

Nice enough champagne, and was cool to have it via a sabering. However, extremely mellow host gave very little information other than how to do it, and safely. However, after being disappointed by the lack of info, and the 'experience being over in 5mins, we later asked him some questions and he was rather knowledgeable about its history, and the champagne. So, as a fun way to open a bottle of champagne and then drink it, it was good. But just be sure to ask for more if you want more than that.

We loved our tour with Victoria on the 4th of June 2025. She is a local who clearly is passionate about her job and Épernay. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves. Even though it was just my family and I, 3 of us, we could tell that she was still treating us with the same respect and care. We learnt a lot about champagne, the region and drink ;) and we have the lovely Victoria to thank for that. This tour really is worth doing.
