Visite et dégustation 2 Champagnes
Champagne Mangin et Fils vous conseille de consommer leur Champagne Brut et leur Champagne Brut Rosé avec l'apéritief et les entrées. Le Champagne Brut Rosé est aussi bien avec les rôtis et les fromages et leur Champagne Demi-sec est très bien avec les desserts.
Vous aurez une visite guidée de la cave et vous voyez, le pressoir, la cuverie, les gyropalettes et les pupitres.
Votre visite sera suivie d'une Dégustation où vous apprécierez 2 Champagnes.

Cedric, a 5th generation winemaker, provided a fantastic tour for us. This is a family run operation and the facility is very intimate. You see all the steps involved in the Champagne making process, as well as bottles at different stages of production and how and when they will undergo the next steps on the way to being finished. The family history reinforced the tight bond between the land, the grape, and the winemaker. The tasting was extremely enjoyable!

Cedric the owner and winemaker did a fantastic job giving a full tour of the facility walking you through the wine making process from the very beginning. I also enjoyed the history of the winemaking process and of the company over the years. Champagne was also fantastic.

We loved the tour and the Champagne was excellent! It was nice to have the actual owner show us around. We enjoyed this much more than the big champagne house we toured.
