We thought we had the wrong house when we knocked at Mme Moreau’s front door... but it turns out that like many producers in Champagne, her business is run out of her cellar basement! Sylvie doesn’t speak much English so we conducted the tasting in French, although her son was staying and helped to translate some elements. Some delicious Champagnes and a lovely welcome from the Moreau family: thank you!
