It’s an honor for Taittinger to share the art of tasting and pairing of their Champagnes all over the world. Present in the most prestigious gastronomic restaurants worldwide; our Champagnes are multifaceted capable to match with a diversity of flavors and meals.

During your visit of our remarkable Gallo-Roman chalk pits, eighteen meters deep, you will learn all about the Champagne method and the art of blending.

This sensorial experience shall be followed by a tasting of our iconic Brut Millésimé and Prestige Rosé renowned for their gastronomic qualities, served with a selection of canapés created by Philippe Mille, a well known Reims chef and prepared by Mr. Reception. These canapés will awaken your gourmandize and curiosity and thus enhance the gastronomic dimension of Taittinger cuvees.

• Guided tour of our 4th century Gallo-Roman chalkpits and cellars certified as a UNESCO World heritage site, and the remains of the 13th century St Nicaise Abbey
• Explanations about the elaboration of our champagnes
• Tasting of the Prestige Rosé and the Brut Millésimé in a private tasting room with 6 matching canapés
