Great experience. Justine was wonderful and shared her knowledge of Champagne, Reims, and Champagne Thiénot. We especially enjoyed the unexpected Roman mosiac and monk church and tunnels discovered in the cellars. The facility is very nice with a great museum and educational section that helps your understanding of the champagne house and the process.

This was a terrific tour. It included a really well done interactive exhibit, a tour of the 16th century caves and wine library, a look at ancient tunnels under the city and a Roman mosaic, and then two full glasses of outstanding champagne. The guide Justine was knowledgeable and was a delightful tour guide.

Fantastic experience. Even after quite a number of champagne tours, we still found it insightful. The house is young, but it gives an interesting, modern vibe (also with a number of interactive activities). Vincent did a very good, and he also was very kind with a toddler in our company. As for the tasting, Vintage 2015 was our top pick. Thanks a lot!
