A unique experience to be lived in the heart of the "City of Coronations."

Sabrage is truly an art in its own right, which is why Maison Pol Couronne invites you to discover this Champagne tradition.

This comprehensive Masterclass consists of 3 parts:

1 - Tasting of our cuvée extra brut blanc de blancs + explanation of how to taste champagne
2 - Tasting of our cuvée brut 1887 or brut rosé + explanation of the house Pol couronne and the chosen cuvée
3 - Sabring of the bottle of your choice followed by a tasting including explanation and explanation in 13 steps on how to make champagne

* Please note that a sabred bottle equals 6 glasses of champagne and can be shared by several people, so please choose the number of bottles you wish to sabre accordingly.

Fantastic experience. Far exceeded our expectations. When we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted. We tasted 3 different champagnes and enjoyed all three tastings. The sabrage occurred on our second bottle of champaign. We were given detailed instruction on the proper technique, and dramatically sabered our first bottle of champaign to the applause of all the on lookers. It was then the president of the champaign house, Jean-Baptiste Prevost came by and spoke with us for a good 45 minutes.

Hadden een rondleiding verwacht. Nu was de presentatie in een kleine winkel waar later nog meer mensen kwamen, zodat je weinig kon verstaan. Onervaren iemand. Als klap op de vuurpijl kregen we een glaasje water en een bakje zoutjes waar we €8 moesten betalen . Een totaal bedrag van €138. Niet de moeite waard, zeker voor dat bedrag!!!

Enjoyed visiting this champagne house and doing sabrage. It's cool and not as hard as I thought, will be one of great memories. Also champagne was delicious, tried blanc denlanc and their rose. Both are nice!

We bought the luxe sabrage masterclass and half way through the champagne masterclass we were told we could not do the Sabrage. This was the reason we went so we’re highly disappointed and we had to negotiate a price to pay. Wouldn’t recommend the wine, was average at best.
