Enjoy an unique experience in the heart of Reims, the "City of Coronations". Sabering means, opening a bottle of Champagne while using a sword...

Sabering is an art itself and Champagne Pol Couronne will introduce you to this Champagne region's tradition. It is also possible to do this exciting sabering outside in front of the boutique and facing the Notre-Dame Cathedral.

After the sabering you can relax and fully enjoy your sabred bottle! Santé!

* Note: one bottle sabred is equal to 6 glasses of champagne, please choose the number of bottles you wish to sabre accordingly

An avid champagne lover I can’t believe I’ve never Sabred a bottle before. Champagne Pol Couronne had a selection of champagne’s to choose from and then shared excellent instructions on how to use the sword to open the bottle. It was much easier than expected - I truly loved my experience and then enjoyed drinking the bottle in a charming environment. I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Reims.
