Tour was prima. Persoonlijk vind ik de aanwezigheid van de muziek afleiden van de excursie. Is er een mogelijkheid voor de gidsen om deze zachter te zetten tijdens hun verhaal?

Too large group; the host tried her best but we couldn’t hear her well enough over the ambient noises of chitchat and the (distracting) art installations. It was probably somewhat informative (if we could hear her) but no wow factor in the tour of this cellar.

Very good tour, very friendly tour guide. Headphones would be good because of the acoustics in the caves. Thank you very much.

The acoustic was not very good, even if the guide speaked up, was hard to listen, there was music… If we had questions, she would answer very fast, and I think is because she had a tour to start right after… overall was fine, not good, not excellent, but ok. We saw more art than explanations about champagne. All staff was nice, but i sugest more history and detailed information about champagne.

Our guide (Annut?) was very good. My only recommendation for the guides there is to have a portable microphone. It was a little hard to hear with some of the noise in the caves. That aside, the property and presentation of the tour were stunning! Madame Pommery is my new idol after hearing about the history there. It seems like she was one of the original divas and a true innovator.

The champagne is excellent. The tour seemed like it was trying very hard to be different. In the cellar there are strange things like inflatable “art sculptures” that continuously inflate/deflate which seem very out of place. Additionally there was a video or a snake projected at one point with audio playing which made it hard to hear our tour guide. There were a few issues with translation but overall very hard to hear in general with all of the gimmicks in the cellar. Great champagne though
