Polychrome is an experiential space in which cuisine speaks through color and texture, awakening curiosity and asserting a bold, innovative identity in the world of dining.
Each dish has been carefully crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Charles Coulombeau, the first chef to convey his vision of polychromy.
This experience, offering a four-course lunch (starter, main course, cheese, or dessert) paired with two Comtes de Champagne (Blanc de Blancs 2013, Blanc de Blancs 2014 or Rosé 2013) in harmony with your dishes, is more than just a meal: it is a moment to share, savor, and appreciate the art of blending at Champagne Taittinger.
