In één woord: GEWELDIG! Caroline is een ontzettend warme en gastvrije host en ze zorgde ervoor dat onze middag echt onvergetelijk werd. We genoten van een heerlijke lunch, waarbij elke gang werd begeleid door een perfect bijpassende champagne. Daarbij kregen we ook nog de kans om zelf te sabreren, mét diploma. Wat een belevenis! Dankzij Caroline voelde alles persoonlijk en ontspannen aan. De sfeer was gezellig, het lachen was aanstekelijk, en de champagne smaakte daardoor misschien nóg beter.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time and a great impression of not only the four Grand Cru Champagne with outstanding balance, taste and structure but we are also enchaunted by your warm, hostile, sweet but elegant approche. From the delicious dishes which paired perfectly to your Champagne, to the Sabrage, and sharing caviar while having laughs and love.
Your vision on quality, luxury and FUN is inspiring and approache is different than other champagne.
