Dear Madam Dufour, My fiancé and I had a wonderful time and a great impression of not only the four Grand Cru Champagne with outstanding balance, taste and structure but we are also enchaunted by your warm, hostile, sweet but elegant approche. From the delicious dishes which paired perfectly to your Champagne, to the Sabrage, and sharing caviar while having laughs and love.
