In an elegant French setting, Caroline will share with you the subtle nuances of champagnes.

During the tasting, you will learn a lot about the different styles and flavors of champagnes. The Grande Reserve Grand Cru, one of the most refined and luxurious champagnes, is known for its complexity and rich flavors.

The Blanc de Noirs often has a more intense taste and a robust structure compared to champagnes made exclusively from Chardonnay. You are likely to discover a deeper fruit profile, with possible hints of berries and spices.

It was fantastic! We had 3 cuvée tastings! All were amazing. Served by Caroline Dufour and yes we bought a couple to enjoy at home in the United States! Caroline’s home and hospitality were 5 star! Excellent!!

Caroline greeted us with a warm welcome and her champagnes were splendid. She understood we were hungry so she had her husband (a wonderful chef) quickly make some food and it was incredible…risotto and cheeses and many more delicacies that rounded out the tasting in amazing fashion. Highly recommend!!

The degree of personal touch and care from Caroline herself makes for a unique and more intimate experience versus a large champagne house. Would recommend certainly on a visit to Reims. Merci beaucoup Caroline!!!!

It was an incredible waste of money. The host did not even bother to appear and we were left with her 'assistant' who spoke little english. We were left in a room (decorated with merchandise) with our two glasses of bubbles, few words of explanation, with little else to do but to finish them and then depart. Your company should disassociate itself with this offering as it is an outrageous case of false advertising and poor service!!
