The experience was delightful from the moment we entered the tastefully decorated dining and sitting room.
The food was French themed and extremely delicate and delicious.
The 4 Champagnes accompanying the degustation were perfectly matched to the individual courses and showed the range of flavours of the champagne with an explanation on how the different flavours are accomplished.
I would highly recommend this Champagne lunch.
