Brut, Extra-Brut, Demi-Sec, assemblage, monocépage (made from mainly 1 grape), you will discover the meaning of these terms during the commented Tasting.

If, during the Tasting you are interested to learn more about the elaboration, you can, upon request, view a movie explaining the production process of Champagne from the grape to the bottle (approx. 11 min).
