We’ll take you on an atmospheric walk through our vineyard, where you’ll learn all about the work that goes into tending the vines. You’ll discover how we craft our organic champagnes with deep respect for nature.

After the walk, we’ll head to the wine cellar. There, we’ll explain the entire champagne-making process — from pressing and fermentation to aging and disgorgement. Every step and technique will be covered.

We’ll conclude the visit with an extensive tasting of three exceptional organic champagnes:
