On just two dates, we open the doors of the salons of Clos des Terres Soudées, the private residence of Domaine Roger Coulon, for a special day filled with fire, gastronomy, conviviality and exceptional Champagnes.

To make the most of this experience, you can choose between two programmes:

• At 10:30 am: visit the Domaine and enjoy a tasting, followed by your lunch around the fire at Clos des Terres Soudées. During the aperitif, Louise and Edgar Coulon, the 9th generation, will be there to meet and talk with you.
• At 12:30 pm: welcome at Clos des Terres Soudées for your lunch around the fire pit. During the aperitif, Louise and Edgar Coulon, the 9th generation, will be there to meet and talk with you. You will then continue the experience with a visit to the Domaine and a tasting at 3:30 pm.

Throughout this special day, you will discover our world, our history and our craftsmanship. You will also have the opportunity to talk with Louise and Edgar about the 2026 harvest and organic winegrowing.

A four-course lunch around the fire at Clos des Terres Soudées

This lunch has been created and prepared by Maison Guiset, cattle farmers and butchers from the Montagne de Reims. Seasonal products take centre stage and are cooked over the fire of the fire pit.
