Omschrijving
Caroline Dufour, uw gastvrouw en expert op het gebied van champagne, heet u van harte welkom in haar huis in het hart van Reims.
In een elegante Franse setting zal Caroline u alles vertellen over de subtiele nuances van de champagnes.
Tijdens de proeverij zul je veel leren over de verschillende stijlen en smaken van de champagnes. De Grande Reserve Grand Cru, één van de meest verfijnde en luxe champagne, staat bekend om zijn complexiteit en rijke smaken.
De Blanc de Noirs heeft vaak een intensere smaak en een robuustere structuur dan champagnes die uitsluitend van Chardonnay worden gemaakt. Je zult waarschijnlijk een dieper fruitprofiel ontdekken, met mogelijk hints van bessen en kruiden.

A great visit, tasing some really nice wines. Caroline was a perfect host who shared her knowledge and passion for the Champagne. Oh, we alao got to experience opening a bottle using the Sabre! A++

It was an incredible waste of money.
The host did not even bother to appear and we were left with her 'assistant' who spoke little english.
We were left in a room (decorated with merchandise) with our two glasses of bubbles, few words of explanation, with little else to do but to finish them and then depart.
Your company should disassociate itself with this offering as it is an outrageous case of false advertising and poor service!!

Vi provade två cuveer och de var båda. Men beskrivningen ” In an elegant French setting, Caroline will share with you the subtle nuances of champagnes.” var falsk marknadsföring. Det var INTE Caroline som berättade och vi fick en väldigt kort beskrivning av dryckerna och fick ställa alla frågor själva. Kunde lika bra druckit vinerna hemma.

Without doubt the best tasting in Reims.
Caroline was an amazing host and the location and environment is so welcoming and personal.
I would recommend tasting at least 5 of the range and be sure to add a pot of caviar and nibbles of cheese to enjoy the whole experience. The prices for the additional food is extremely reasonable and clearly not a gimmick to make extra money but an opportunity to match and understand the cuvee's with food.
If I lived in Reims Caroline's would be a regular visit.

The best champagne tasting experience we’ve ever had. Carolyn opens her home to her visitors. We felt at home from the minute we walked in. We did the tasting plus the lunch tasting. I would go back in a heart beat. Thank you Carolyn.
