We enjoyed our time in the Caves at our own pace. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase an additional glass of champagne unless you go to their restaurant. We asked the person at the welcome reception desk to call us a cab. She tried all 5 companies and no one would answer or come. We asked for other options and she attempted to give bus directions. We would not recommend going to Pommery unless transportation is pre arranged. Customer service needs improvement.

We enjoyed our self- guided tour very much. The ability to download the app and listen to the information at each point was very helpful and the art installations along the way added to our overall enjoyment of the experience. The refreshing glass of champagne at the end of the tour was very welcome on such a hot day!! Thank you for a great visit!
