Omschrijving
Tijdens de Engelstalige rondleiding zult U het Champagne-proces bekijken, de moderne wijnpers, de fermentatie-ruimte en de kelders onder het XVIe-eeuwse familiehuis ontdekken.
Wij nemen u mee voor een wandeling door de wijngaarden, zodat u kunt zien hoe wij de wijnstokken op een duurzame manier telen en om de 3 druivensoorten van de regio te herkennen. Ook zult u meer te weten komen over onze geschiedenis.
Hierna gaan we 3 Champagnes proeven in onze Proefruimte met een panoramisch uitzicht op de Marne-vallei.

We really enjoyed the guided Tour at Le Gallais. We got an excellent insight into the production process and the cellar including a wonderful tasting.

We enjoyed a fabulous tour and tasting at Champagne Le Gallais with Justine who was a great tour guides. She had excellent knowledge and very good English.
It was lovely to visit a small producer and see the end to end process. A very different experience to the big champagne houses in Reims. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent tour in a beautiful setting. Small groups there were only 4 of us. The staff were very knowledgeable answering all our questions. Highly recommend
