Rondleiding en champagneproeverij 2 Champagnes
Champagne Mangin et Fils adviseert u om hun Brut Champagne en Brut Rosé Champagne als aperitief en bij voorgerechten te drinken. De Brut Rosé Champagne past ook goed bij gegrilde gerechten en kazen en hun Demi-Sec Champagne gaat heel goed samen met desserts.
De enthousiaste eigenaar zal u begeleiden bij de rondleiding door de kelder, de wijnpers, de fermentatietanks, de gyropaletten en de Champagnerekken. Aansluitend volgt een gecommenteerde champagneproeverij waarbij u zult genieten van 2 Champagnes.

Our visit to Champagne Mangin et Fils is a stand out memory of our 4 days touring the champagne region last week. And our favourite experience of the trip.
Cedric was very welcoming and his passion, commitment and pride in his family (4 generations) champagne house shone through. The tour was fascinating and showed the whole process, past and present and the champagne tasted fabulous.

Lovely tour with the owner. It’s a small but lovely champagne house. It all felt very relaxed and pleasant. Great to hear more about the process of making champagne and this history of this ‘brand’. Their champagnes, that you get to try in the tasting, are delicious and very affordable. We received a recommendation for a restaurant in Reims where the champagne was served (named AROMA) and that was also spot on! Would definitely recommend booking a tour here and hope to go back myself.

Small producer, he took around the cellar and explained the methods of production to me and my hubby and child. We tried 2 of his champagne and bought a mixed case of very reasonably priced and yummy champagne. Overall great experience and lovely location on the hills.

Cedric, a 5th generation winemaker, provided a fantastic tour for us. This is a family run operation and the facility is very intimate. You see all the steps involved in the Champagne making process, as well as bottles at different stages of production and how and when they will undergo the next steps on the way to being finished. The family history reinforced the tight bond between the land, the grape, and the winemaker. The tasting was extremely enjoyable!
