Workshop vine cycle
A theme is proposed for every day; the harvest in September, the pruning in February and white wines in May (the mystery of the still wines which are used to make Champagne).
These educational encounters, guided by a vintner, bring people together who are drawn to this region. The lunch is included.
You will start the day at 10:00 with a cup of coffee or tea at Champagne Chassenay d’Arce and the day ends, of course, with a glass of Champagne at 16:30.
Entire course (3 Saturdays): € 150,= per person.

It all starts with a fun visit to the 19th century cellars and the "Secrets of Winegrowers" area: an educational trail that explains the work of the Champagne winegrower from the vine to the bottle.
