Feel the passion and craftmanship of Champagne Salmon. The family has won numerous awards for their Champagnes made of 100% Pinot Meunier. Champagne Salmon is also a member of the prestigious "Club Trésors de Champagne": members undergo a strict quality control of their viticulture.

You will have a guided Tour through the cellars, where you will see the wine press, the winemakery, the dégorgement machine and the bottling machine.

During the Tasting you will enjoy 3 Premium Champagnes.

Great tour very personal service, rare opportunity to see the process end to end from pressing of grapes in their traditional wooden press to final labelling. Extensive tasting across wide range of House's champagnes. Plus benefits of more unusual style of their champagnes with focus on extensive selection of their Meunier grapes. Still a family run business. Highly recommended.

We learned so much from Cami on our personal tour of their champagne house. 3 generations of refined process all produced and packaged 100% by Salmon. We sampled several of their best tastings and purchased 2 bottles to take back home. You must see a small house of Champagne off the beaten path!

Very good tour. We were the only people. Lucky enough to see the harvest being pressed. Quality experience. Purchased a case of bubbles at the end. Not available in the UK.
