85% of the vineyards of Champagne Salmon are planted with Pinot Meunier and the family is proud to say that they are specialized in working with this grape variety.

You will have a guided Tour through the cellars, where you will see the wine press, the winemakery, the dégorgement machine (removal of sediment) and the bottling machine.

The Tour is followed by a Tasting where you will enjoy 3 different Champagnes.
