Wow. The self tour of the cellars was beyond our party expectations. Incredible and awe-inspiring. The enormity of these cellars is disarming. Nicely lit and made interesting with various installations and art. Couldn’t recommend enough and 1/3 the price of Ruinart including a vintage 2009 champagne.

We loved it. The cellars and the art installations were well worth the trip.

We enjoyed the self guided tour, the cellar was interesting and enjoyed the modern art also throughout. We had one of the last time slots so was a little rushed as it closes at around 6.30-7 so I would recommend not going to the last one. Suitable for children who get grape juice.

Bags go in the locker. You need 1 euro to close the door. But we didn't have coins, since you pay cashless everywhere. The lady at the boutique couldn't help us and answered "oh, absolument pas!" As if we were vagabonds asking for alms. Very condescending behaviour.. plenty of other houses in the neighbourhood with a service that is up to par.
