I arrived early for my tasting, (12:15 pm) and told to wait outside. There were many employees in the tasting area, but no one ever arrived to conduct my tasting. After 25 minutes of waiting, I left. The manager then came out to offer a tasting. At that point my car had arrived. I asked that my fee be refunded. Never received this. I would not recommend Jacquart Champagne experience.

Dear Madam, We are truly sorry your visit did not meet your expectations. You arrived an hour early, then 15 minutes before your scheduled tasting. We welcomed you, offered water, and asked you to wait; our team was 5 minutes late. You left before the tasting began. Despite our offer of a refund and a bottle of champagne, and several attempts to reach you, we could not proceed without your bank details. We remain at your disposal. Our first tasting at one of the boutique champagne houses and in the hands of Gonzalo was extremely enjoyable and informative. We particularly liked the Blanc de Blancs Vintage 18 which was just released. Great experience

Loved this tasting experience. The host was so friendly and knowledgeable. The location was beautifully decorated and I wish we had more time to just sit and sip. Was glad we got to do it. A smaller maison so less crowded and more boutique. Highly recommend it
