It was a private tasting because I was the only one booked at that time. It was great. Signature tasting of 2 champagnes, the first one, they chose. The second one, the client chooses between 2. I chose the rosé & we had a nice discussion about trends in wine. The vinter was very knowledgeable and freely spoke about everything. Jacquart is fairly young (1964) and all production is done in stainless steel. Fascinating! 🙌🏻
