Description
First of all, we will visit the vineyards and we will tell you all about the history and the work in the vineyard.
After this, we will head back to the domain where you will have a detailed and complete Tour of the monastery. Here you will taste the still wines of the different grape varieties, coming directly from the oak barrels and fermentation tanks.
Your Tour will be followed by a Tasting where you will enjoy 5 Champagnes.

Une visite exceptionelle d'un artisant qui se démarque par ses demarches environementales et de son savoir faire transmit de père en fils. L'acceuil fut impeccable, engagant et souriant. Nous fûmes emmenés à la decouverte des vignes parfaitement entretenues de Mr Faniel, suivi d'une visite des caves ou Mr. Faniel (senior) nous a accompagné. Et quel regal de voir la passion qui anime ce viticulteur. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir y rester toute la journée tellement l'experience fut charmante! La degustation des champagnes nous aura convaincue de ne pas repartir les mains vides. Des champagnes de qualité, témoins d'un travail d'exception, le tout, à des prix démocratique. What a lovely little house! We happened to visit in January when the town was practically empty, and I’m so glad that we did as we ended up bring the only two people on our tour. The tour of the vineyards, cellars, and house was lovely. Our guide was very sweet and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We had a great tasting and this house has some of our favorite champagnes from our entire trip (we tasted A LOT of different champagnes from different houses throughout Reims, Épernay, and everywhere in between... so that’s saying a lot). Faniel & Fils is a MUST visit if you are in the area and we’ll worth the trip if you aren’t.
