At the estate of Delphine & Pierre-Emmanuel in Nogent-l’Abbesse, you discover a pure expression of Blanc de Blancs, shaped by limestone-rich soils and a meticulous, sustainable approach to viticulture.

During your visit, they welcome you into their world of vineyard work and winemaking. A guided tour of the estate leads into a tasting of their champagnes, offering an up-close experience of their style: fresh, refined, and distinctly marked by the character of the terroir.

Delphine & Pierre-Emmanuel manage 5.7 hectares of vineyards in Nogent-l’Abbesse, on the Mont de Berru. This hill forms part of the Montagne de Reims and is known for its limestone-rich soils, ideally suited to Chardonnay.

Their approach is sustainable and agro-ecological, with strong attention to healthy soils and biodiversity. Most of their vines are planted with traditionally selected plant material and are now over 35 years old, with deep root systems that bring tension and character to the wines.

Each parcel is harvested separately at optimal ripeness and vinified with precision in small tanks or oak barrels. Only the finest juice from the first pressing is used for the final cuvée.

As passionate winemakers working as récoltants-manipulants, they are dedicated to expressing the unique terroir of Nogent-l’Abbesse. Their Blanc de Blancs champagnes are fresh, elegant, and beautifully silky in style.
