Furthermore, I followed the work of my assistant because I was present that day in the tasting room (being already busy with a couple) and for my part he was impeccable about the informations he gaves you.

For the quantity of champagne served we limit ourselves to 3 doses of tastings and not 3 full flutes because French regulations require it unless you have a license for this like bars, unfortunately we are only a family domain with the aim of aim to discover our land , our traditions and our history.
