We will let you discover our domain by a visit through our cellars, followed by a Tasting with pairing bites to stir up your taste buds!

Together with your group, you will select 3 Champagnes for the Tasting, the Champagnes will be accompanied by a meal tray consisting of:

- Chicken Club sandwich or a traditional mini bread with ham, Emmental cheese and crudites or a mini tuna bread roll

- Pâté en croûte (pate with a crunchy crust)

- Salad in a jar with grains, pasta, rice or potatoes, according to the season and chef's choice

- Toasted bread with a local cheese: Chaource, brie de Meaux or Langre

- Jar with cottage cheese, biscuit and fruits

For our little visitors, the menu consists of:

- Club sandwich (white bread) with ham/butter/Emmental cheese

- Bag of chips

- Non-alcoholic drink

- Eclair with chocolate or vanilla (cream puff pastry)

(€ 10,= for children till 10 years old)

Minimum 2 persons

* Cancellations at least 2 days before the visit, after, you will be charged.

* For a change or addition to the menu, you will pay € 2,= extra per meal per person.
