The visit to the champagne house was beautiful, and walking through the tunnels was impressive. The guide was friendly and explained the process in a fun way. However, more details about the actual production, like the first fermentation and bottle filling, would improve the experience. Also, clearer info about Taittangier's bottles, grapes, and sugar content would be helpful.
