1522: the Philipponnat family writes the beginning of its history in Champagne. Today, discover five centuries of exceptional heritage by visiting our House and tasting our wines. The Clos des Goisses, an area planted with vines since the beginning of the 16th century, is the most exceptional hillside in Champagne. Acquired by the House of Philipponnat in 1935, it quickly became its jewel. During a visit offered only a few times a year, we reveal this extraordinary vineyard from which our rarest wines are made.

This visit begins with a special moment with our guide to explore the Clos des Goisses and Mareuil plots. We will then open the doors of our vat room and our cellar to share with you the secrets of the elaboration of our champagnes. Then we will discover the heart of the historic cellars of the House. In this real labyrinth dug in the 18th century, our wines rest patiently: the magic of time and ageing is revealed to you. The last stop on this underground exploration is the Caveau du Trésor, which houses our oldest vintages.
