See our traditional press, which has witnessed countless harvests for more than a century. Taste the pure freshness of the fruit and the freshly pressed grape juice, straight from the press, before fermentation begins.
The tour continues to our winery and cellars, where we will explain how Champagne is made. Discover the secrets of the prise de mousse, the process during which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. In the peaceful surroundings of our cellars, the wine slowly transforms into Champagne through a long maturation process.
To finish, enjoy a tasting of 3 Champagnes, an essential part of your visit. Awaken all your senses as your winemaker guides you through the tasting and discover the different cuvées, each telling a part of our family history.
