You will start with a guided Tour of our winemakery and cellars.

After this you will see a photo exhibition and a film about the production process of Champagne.

The Tour is followed by a Tasting of 1 glass of Champagne of choice served with local specialities from the Champagne region.

You will taste:

- Jambon de Reims (ham cooked in a special way)

- Boudin Blanc de Rethel (sausages from a place called Rethel)

- Tomme des Ardennes (cheese)
