The art of blending, discover our clear wines today. Like every year, we start tasting the clear wines from the last harvest in January. These tastings allow us to analyse the quality of the wines and to evaluate the quality of the vintage in order to prepare our blends. During a visit offered only during the month of March, we unveil the clear wines from the 2022 vintage. This visit begins with a special moment with our guide to explore the Clos des Goisses and Mareuil plots. We will then open the doors of our vat room and our cellar to share with you the secrets of the elaboration of our champagnes. Then we will discover the heart of the historic cellars of the House. In this real labyrinth dug in the 18th century, our wines rest patiently: the magic of time and ageing is revealed to you. The last stop on this underground exploration is the Caveau du Trésor, which houses our oldest vintages. The guided tour will be followed by a commented tasting of 5 clear wines and 4 Champagnes: Clear wines :
