Monsieur Laval-Louis provided a great overview of how a champagne manufacturer works. He offered a thorough and in-depth explanation of how the méthode traditionnelle operates. Not only was the tour excellent, but the Blanc de Blancs champagne was also remarkable.

Small winery with lots of charm and family history. Very good champagnes all Premier Cru. They have cute lodgings if you are staying in Champagne for an extended tour. Will visit again.
