  • Excellent tour by Jean Manuel!! He really cared about educating us and helping us understand so many things we didn’t know! He was kind, funny and thoughtful - it was a great tour by the man who runs the business - really a great personal touch! Thanks Jean Manuel!

  • Jean-Manuel Jacquinot gave the tour himself, it was perfect. I highly recommend their 2008 vintage, it was fantastic. We enjoyed Jean-Manuel’s passion for his family business and his craft. Very personal touch on the tour and he even offered to give us a ride to the train station. Make sure to visit while you are in Epernay.

  • It was so fun getting a behind-the-scenes look at this boutique, family-owned champagne house. The winemaker was kind and generous with his time, walking us through the production process and the cellars. The tasting was great, too. Highly recommended!

  • Fantastic experience. Being a small boutique Champagne house, the owner Jean-Manuel conducted the tour and tastings. His explanation of Champagne making, tour of the caves and hands on demonstration were suburb. I would venture to say his Champagnes are far superior to those of the big houses.

  • Monsieur Jean-Manuel Jacquinot was fabulous in conveying to us the process of creating champagne and his direction to keep fresh and modern; so generous with his time and conversation and a wonderful tasting to follow. Any one visiting Épernay should arrange a visit to this small house.
