I learned more about champagne in this relaxed and pleasant class than in all my previous visits to champagne houses and tastings. If you want to learn about the process of champagne production as it relates to small producers in modern times, sign up for this class. Mrs. Céline Trichet knows the business from the grape growing to the marketing, and specialized in the blending. Such a warm, knowledgeable and pleasant person. You can't find a better guide to all aspects of champagne.

Superbe visite / masterclass au domaine ! Nous avons pu apprendre comment ils produisaient leurs champagne et l'univers de petits vignerons de terroir. Céline nous a parlé avec passion de son métier, nous avons pris quelques bouteilles et nous reviendrons sûrement
