PRESSORIA is located in the former pressing house of Champagne Pommery. The original colors and style have been carefully preserved, giving the space an authentic atmosphere. It is not a traditional museum, but an experiential center: here, you discover Champagne through sight, touch, smell, and taste. Learn how Champagne is made, understand each step from harvesting and pressing to fermentation, aging, and bottling, and experience how the layers of flavor develop in every bottle.

The center features a 700 m² terrace overlooking the surrounding vineyards. The visit concludes with a tasting of two carefully selected Champagnes.
