The Robert-Allait Champagne House welcomes you in the heart of the valley, in the charming village of Villers-sous-Châtillon.

Nestled in a picturesque and peaceful setting, this family-owned Champagne house invites you to discover its unique craftsmanship and passion for excellence.

Your visit will begin with a guided tour of our winery and cellar, where you will have the opportunity to closely observe both traditional and modern methods used to craft our Champagnes.

After this immersion in the history and artistry of Champagne-making, you will have the chance to enjoy a guided tasting, during which three carefully selected cuvées will be offered to you.

Sometimes it’s better to visit a small winery. We choose Robert Allait champagne. In a very friendly environment Mathilde explained the technique of making champagne in this house. She guided us through cellars and tasting. The quality of the their champagne is impressive. A wunderfull experience made possible by Mathilde. Her knowledge about this winery is outstanding. Thanks for a delightful afternoon in the champagne area.

We had a wonderful time, the house and the champagne they produced is so beautiful. We were lucky enough to have Matilde as our guide, not only is she extremely knowledgeable and well spoken, she is also very funny and kind. She really made the tour and tasting extraordinary. I recommend the dosage zero if you are looking for something extra fresh and delicious (we bought 10 bottles). We will definitely come back.

Very good experience with the team. The visit was both quick and detailed enough to understand the whole champagne making process. The tasting was also good with a good advice/orientation depending our tastes (Plaisir Nature (Pur Meunier); Sublimis Blanc de Blancs / Millésime 2022; Trilo'J (Trilogie de cépages / Millésime 2021). This champagne house/family is really charming. Wish you good luck for the harvest 2026 (Millesime?) and the next years!
