Stroll through our vineyards, explore the vat room, the press, and descend into the depths of our cellars, where our most precious cuvées patiently rest. A true journey into the soul of our craftsmanship.

Tasting of 5 Rare and Unique Champagnes

Freshness and minerality. Our finest champagnes will be served in high-end glassware, including the prestigious Collection Vintage. Savor this carefully curated selection of our cuvées—no malolactic fermentation, no filtration, yet full of marked and distinctive personality:

• Cuvée Select – "Blanc de Meuniers"

• Cuvée Trianon

• Vintage "Blanc de Blancs", minimum 10 years of age

• Rosé de Saignée

• Collection Vintage, minimum 12 years of age!

Champagne & Food Pairings

Gourmet pâtés en croûte—surprising and refined—will accompany the tasting. They will reveal unique pairings and inspire you with new combinations to explore at home. If a particular flavor does not suit you, or in case of any food allergy, we can adapt your experience based on our other available options.
