Depending on the season, you may take part in the work in the vineyard and cellar. During a remuage workshop, you’ll discover the traditional method in which bottles are gradually turned and tilted to allow the sediment to move down towards the neck.

We end with a tasting of our cuvées, where you can experience their finesse, purity, and authenticity for yourself.
