In 1995, Éric Taillet takes over the work of his father, he continues with the cultivation of the vineyards with passion. For him, the result of the work is visible at harvest time. The grape harvest is a precious moment and it is necessary to deal with in a philosophical way.
The beautiful picked grapes, produce clear wines and then Champagnes. In the cellars, they acquire a strong personality, a small touch of soul brings forth different Champagnes.
The vines are planted on the soil of the Vallée de la Marne, on mainly argilo-calcaire soil. The average age of vineyards is more than 35 years. The viticultural approach sustainable (respect for the environment).
