Our Champagne has been elaborated for five generations, according to the rules of a more than a century-old tradition.

Our 6 hectares of vines, located between Breuil and Festigny, are spreaded out over more than 30 plots and comprise the astonishing mosaic of the Christophe Mignon domain. This patchwork, an “accident” of history, adds complexity to our Champagnes. We have chosen to grow vines with love and patience in order to harvest the best grapes. Our quest to produce a balanced Champagne is continued in our cellars, which are held under a close and loving regard. Here is where the Champagnes rest to reach their full potential. Working alongside nature, working with and for nature: It’s is a simple motto, however, putting it into practice, is much more demanding.
